We’re seeking an Esthetician to perform in our skin health department and grow with one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced esthetic services (chemical peels, advanced facials, etc.)
Conduct client consultations and create custom skincare plans
Recommend and sell professional skincare products
Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to team revenue goals
Build a book of business
Manage treatment room inventory and skincare product stock
Maintain a professional, client-centered environment
Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Valid South Carolina Esthetic License
Experience peels, and advanced facials treatments including cryotherapy
Prior sales experience strongly preferred
Ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Comfortable training others and leading by example
Skilled communicator and team player
Passionate about skin health and helping others
