Compensation: Competitive base + commissions + performance incentives
Growth Track: Wellness Sales Consultant → Manager-in-Training → Studio Manager
- Conduct personalized wellness consultations focused on goals, recovery, and long-term optimization
- Sell memberships, packages, and add-on services across multiple wellness modalities
- Confidently explain IV therapy, recovery services, and ongoing care plans
- Convert first-time visitors into long-term members
- Build trust through education, follow-up, and consistent client engagement
- Support daily studio operations and floor leadership
- Reinforce sales standards, scripts, and care-plan frameworks
- Assist with coaching and supporting the wellness sales team
- Learn performance metrics including conversion rates, retention, and revenue mix
- Step into leadership coverage when needed

Health, wellness, fitness, or medical sales experience
- Proven ability to sell multiple products or service lines (memberships, programs, packages, add-ons)
- Strong consultative selling skills with a client-first mindset
- Comfort with goals, KPIs, and performance-based compensation
- Desire to grow into a leadership or management role
- Wellness studios (IV therapy, cryotherapy, med spa, fitness, recovery)
- Membership-based or subscription sales environments
- High-touch, consultative retail or service sales
