- Work with the General Manager to establish a culture of customer experience, excellence and teamwork.
- Assist in scheduling and team management.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of all new non-medical employees.
- Operate as in-studio leader when the General Manager is off, out of the studio or on vacation.
- Partner with the General Manager and owners to continuously improve operational execution and studio performance.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed, stepping in to complete as needed.
- Act as the point of reference for general issues/concerns that may arise while the General Manager is not present.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager, Lead Nurse and Regional Manager to improve the store’s overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support the General Manager to ensure all company-wide initiatives are executed in your store.
- Check in with Restore members regularly to ensure they’re achieving their health and wellness goals.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager to manage and exceed all sales goals for the entire team.
- Address account management issues such as declined auto-pays, expired credit cards, missed appointments, account freezes and communications to members.
- Assist the General Manager in building out the Eugene market.
- Work with the General Manager and owners on achieving studio key performance indicators and revenue targets.
- Unwavering focus on customers and providing a high level experience to every customer every time.
- Ability to work as a team on collaborating efforts.
- Willing to attend and aid in the implementation of community and customer events.
- Experience in sales or customer service for high end products or services.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Detailed and process-oriented with ability to problem solve (i.e own the problem).
