As a Studio Manager, you are a visionary sales leader charged with building a high-performing team from the ground up. Responsibilities

Execution & Accountability
  • Build the Engine: Recruit, hire, and onboard a professional sales team, focusing on attracting talent that is driven by performance and high-level client service.
  • Drive Growth: Lead by example in the sales process, converting leads into memberships and expanding our B2B footprint in the local community.
  • Scale Performance: Set and exceed aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by coaching your team through proven sales strategies and accountability.
  • Market Leadership: Own local grassroots marketing and social media to ensure the studio is the premier wellness destination in the territory.
Client Experience
  • Authentic Advocacy: Model the Restore lifestyle for clients and staff, using your personal experience with our services to drive authenticity and trust.
  • Retention Excellence: Create an environment that goes beyond "gym sales" to provide a sophisticated, five-star hospitality experience.
  • Community Integration: Build a highly engaged network of ambassadors and influencers to amplify the brand's local reach.
Team Development
  • Sales Training: Act as the lead trainer for all service and product knowledge, ensuring your team can confidently articulate the science and benefits of Restore.
  • Talent Development: Identify high-potential employees and create clear pathways for their professional growth and internal profitability.
Studio Operations
  • Operational Integrity: Oversee all facility standards, ensuring a safe, clinical, and premium environment for both staff and guests.
  • Business Intelligence: Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and daily reporting with a sharp eye on the numbers and ROI.
  • Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to Restore’s rigorous safety and specialized training standards.

Qualifications
  • The Professional: Undergraduate degree or higher with 3–5 years of proven sales management experience.
  • The Advocate: You are already a user of the services Restore offers; your commitment to wellness is authentic and visible.
  • The Recruiter: You have a knack for spotting sales talent and a track record of retaining high-performing employees.
  • The Strategist: You are a "numbers person" who uses data to build action plans and crush financial goals.
  • The Leader: You embrace a "from the ground up" challenge and are ready to be the face of a growing business.
  • The Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule based on business needs, including some evenings and weekends.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
