We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Representatives, specializing in lead management within the health and wellness sector. As a Contact Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing leads generated through various channels and providing personalized support to guide customers through their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads generated through various channels, including phone, email, and text, with the goal of providing exceptional service and nurturing leads towards conversion.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to understand their needs, preferences, and readiness to purchase, using predefined criteria and scripts as guidance.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage leads through personalized communication and follow-up to build rapport, address inquiries, provide product information, and overcome objections, with the aim of moving leads through the sales funnel.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with product-related inquiries, order processing, account management, and issue resolution, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Contact Center Manager to ensure alignment in lead management efforts and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, and best practices related to the lead journey, through training sessions, resources, and self-directed learning, to enhance performance and effectiveness.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, particularly in the healthcare industry, including privacy and data protection regulations, in all customer interactions and data handling processes.
- Previous experience working for Restore Hyper Wellness is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or lead management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM systems and Google suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for health and wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on others' lives.
