Job Title: Hyper Wellness Rep - (Full Time)
Location: Rock Hill, SC (in-studio)
Pay: $16–$18/hour + Bonuses + Commissions
Bonus + Commissions estimate (additional $200- $500/month)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: up to 40 hours per week, with rotating weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)

Role & Responsibilities:

Help guide new clients & members on their wellness journey
Create care plans, sell packages & memberships
Assist GM & AGM running studio operations
Help prepare rooms for clients & turn laundry over
Answer phones, follow up with clients & check clients out from point of sale system
Contact new leads and follow lead generation process
Learn about the wellness industry & be the "go-to" expert for all clients
Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.

Qualifications

You’re passionate about health and wellness
You have sales experience
You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
