What We Offer:

  • Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Base Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 (before commissions and bonuses)
  • Bonus & Commissions: Earn up to $30,000 annually
  • Quarterly Revenue Bonus: Up to $3,000/year

Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our success, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating Leads: Foster community partnerships and grassroots outreach to build awareness and drive first-time visits.
  • Converting Leads to Members: Drive appointment bookings, lead consultations, and hit sales goals through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Providing Exceptional Service: Act as a wellness advocate by understanding clients’ needs and recommending services that align with their goals.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize outreach events and promotional activities.
  • Revenue Growth: Increase sales of memberships, services, and wellness add-ons, with a focus on medical and skin health services.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Motivated Self-Starter: You’re proactive, have a strong work ethic, and excel in dynamic environments.
  • Sales-Driven Professional: Previous experience in membership or service-based sales (1+ years preferred) and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Exceptional People Skills: You’re approachable, energetic, and love building relationships with clients and your team.
  • Strong Multitasker: You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (mornings or evenings, as needed)
