At Restore Hyper Wellness, you will spend your shifts doing exactly what you trained for: assessing clients, administering IV therapy and NAD+ protocols, and making confident clinical recommendations that actually move the needle on how someone feels. No emergency admissions. No charting for six hours. No patients who don't want to be there. Every person who walks through our door chose to come — and chose to invest in their health.

This role is for someone who has already done the work of understanding why preventative wellness matters — not someone who's curious to find out. What you'll do
  • Administer IV Drip Therapy and NAD+ protocols with confidence and clinical precision
  • Conduct client wellness consultations and make confident, personalized protocol recommendations based on each client's health history and goals — you have a clinical point of view and you share it
  • Educate clients on the clinical rationale behind their protocol — what each service does, why the combination matters, and what results to expect
  • Conduct clinical follow-ups with clients to assess response, adjust protocols, and deepen their commitment to their wellness plan
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant clinical environment across both studio locations
  • Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a seamless client experience from consultation through treatment

What we're looking for
  • Active Florida RN license (required)
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • 2+ years of IV experience — you're a confident, skilled stick who can manage a busy floor without stress
  • Personal investment in preventative wellness and longevity medicine — you already use these therapies, you believe in them, and that conviction shows in how you talk about them
  • Comfortable making confident, opinionated clinical recommendations — you listen, you assess, and you tell clients what you think they need, because that's what actually helps them
  • Consistent work history that reflects genuine commitment, not just a pattern of trying new things
  • Availability to work some weekends and rotate between Seminole and Clearwater
