The Role: Sales-Driven Prescriptive Wellness

We need a nurse who understands that "selling" is just another word for "advocating" for a client’s health. You will:

Lead the Prescriptive Consultation: Act as the medical authority on the floor, turning curiosity into action. You will provide expert, science-backed recommendations for IV Drip Therapy and NAD+ protocols, ensuring every client understands exactly what they need to succeed.
Secure Commitment to Care: Proactively educate clients on why our services are essential and convert those conversations into active wellness plans. You are responsible for gaining buy-in for medical packages and memberships that drive long-term health transformations.
Prescribe Performance Protocols: Confidently recommend customized wellness "stacks," ensuring clients invest in a comprehensive range of treatments—including IVs and NAD+—that maximize both their physical results and studio revenue.
Champion the Client Journey: Take ownership of the medical pipeline by engaging and following up with leads via phone and text. Use your clinical authority to build rapport, overcome objections, and successfully onboard new members into the Restore community.
Collaborate on Growth: Partner with leadership to hit revenue targets and oversee the continued expansion of the medical business.

Qualifications

The Credentials: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current BLS certification.
The Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume IV/infusion environment. You must be an expert "stick" who can manage a busy floor with ease.
Business-Minded Clinical Leadership: You thrive in a performance-driven environment, recognizing that studio revenue growth and client success are linked. You view providing firm, prescriptive recommendations as a professional responsibility to ensure clients achieve meaningful clinical outcomes.
The Confidence: You are an outgoing professional who excels at recommending the benefits of NAD+, nutrients, and longevity therapies.
The Commitment: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing workflow and are willing to work some weekends and rotate between our Seminole and Clearwater locations.

Compensation: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
