- Sell memberships (not one-off services)
- Build relationships that convert into long-term clients
- Create urgency and close in the moment
If you’ve sold fitness memberships, med spa packages, or subscription-based services— you’ll thrive here. If you “just greet customers and ring people up”… this is not your role.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
- Drive new membership sales daily (this is your #1 priority)
- Convert walk-ins, leads, and first-time clients into members
- Conduct consultations and confidently recommend services
- Follow up with leads (text, call, email) and close the loop
- Hit and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Educate clients on long-term wellness plans (not one-time visits)
- Work closely with nurses and staff to deliver a seamless experience
What You Bring
- Proven track record in sales (membership or package sales preferred)
- Comfortable asking for the sale—and closing it
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High accountability—you own your numbers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
