About the Role
Are you passionate about skin health and driven to help clients look and feel their best? Restore is seeking a licensed Esthetician who puts the client first—someone who tailors each treatment with intention, creates evolving skincare plans based on client goals, and thoughtfully recommends products that align with those goals.

As a Restore Esthetician, you’ll deliver result-driven facials while incorporating innovative wellness services that elevate your practice. You’ll have the opportunity to grow a loyal client base, work with advanced technology, and play a key role in transforming lives through skin health.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customized consultations and perform services such as Neveskin, Hydrafacial, Jan Marini, and Hydropeptide treatments
Develop treatment plans and adjust them based on ongoing client needs and progress
Recommend professional skincare products aligned with individual concerns and goals
Build and retain your own client base through excellent service and follow-through
Educate clients on complementary wellness modalities offered at Restore
Maintain detailed and accurate session notes and service records
Ensure treatment rooms and tools are clean, organized, and sanitized
Support daily operations: booking, checkout, phone calls, light cleaning, and equipment use
Maintain inventory and assist in ordering esthetic supplies as needed

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Esthetician in California with at least 2 years of experience
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment modalities
Experience with or interest in Hydrafacial and cold therapy preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients
Passion for client care, education, and ongoing skincare progress
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, growth-driven attitude

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
