What You’ll Be Doing

Building the Business: Driving memberships and retail sales through local outreach and grassroots marketing.
Leading the Team: Recruiting, training, and mentoring a small, elite team of wellness professionals.
Owning the Operations: Managing the P&L, auditing payroll, and ensuring our studio is clinical-grade clean and safe.
Connecting with the Community: You’ll be the "local celebrity" for wellness, attending events and building a loyal group of brand ambassadors.

The "Must-Haves"

The "Unicorn" Factor: An active RN License is a huge plus, but if you are a sales-and-ops powerhouse without one, we still want to hear from you.
Experience: 3–5 years of management experience where you’ve actually had to hit numbers and lead people.
Communication: You’re great on the phone, in person, and via email.
Tech Savvy: You can navigate payroll systems and social media platforms with ease.
