Hyper Wellness Representative (sales associate)– Restore Hyper Wellness (South Hills, Pittsburgh)
Schedule: 3–4 days/week
Compensation: $15–$17/hour + bonus opportunities

Role Overview
As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you are the face of the studio. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive membership and service sales, and help maintain smooth daily operations. This role blends sales, client care, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Lead studio tours and guide clients through services and benefits
- Recommend services and build personalized wellness plans
- Drive memberships, retail, and service sales
- Educate clients on treatments, safety, and frequency
Client Relations & Operations
- Manage booking, check-in, and POS systems
- Support client onboarding and follow-up
- Assist with outreach for promotions and events
Studio Operations & Team Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Support team members and overall studio flow
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
Qualifications
- 1+ year customer service experience (required)
- 1+ year sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Interest in health and wellness

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
