Responsibilities

Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
Greeting clients and administering wellness services
Getting out into the community with offsite pop-up events
Calling leads with enthusiasm and educating them on our services
Answering calls and texts from existing clients and leads
Working with our nurse team to book medical appointments
Daily light cleaning, plus occasional team deep clean
Learning about and educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
Projecting a positive vibe, even if it's a challenging day
Learning software tools, such as Capcut, Canva, and Claude. We use productivity tools and will train you up!

Qualifications

Experience in retail or sales, building rapport and connecting with humans
Ability to communicate effectively & authentically relate in order to build connections with others.
Experience and genuine hunger/drive for lead generation, lead follow up & client relationship management
One year of customer service experience in a sales environment.
You’re passionate about health and wellness. You LIVE IT in additional to talking about it!
Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits. You're curious about other people!
BONUS: You hold or are working toward a degree in related to wellness or fitness.
