Restore Hyper Wellness League City is seeking an energetic, sales-minded Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is not your typical massage clinic position. You'll provide therapeutic massage services, perform cutting-edge body sculpting and body toning treatments, and serve as a Wellness Representative helping clients discover the therapies and memberships best suited to their goals.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable performing treatments, consulting with clients, selling memberships, answering phones, booking appointments, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Massage Therapy

• Perform high-quality therapeutic massage services.
  
  
• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and goals.
  
  
• Deliver exceptional service that drives repeat visits and referrals.
  
  
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
  
  

Body Sculpting & Body Toning

• Perform non-invasive body contouring and body toning treatments.
  
  
• Educate clients on treatment expectations and recommended treatment plans.
  
  
• Monitor progress and recommend ongoing services to maximize results.
  
  

Sales & Membership Growth

• Conduct wellness consultations and identify client goals.
  
  
• Recommend memberships, packages, and services that align with client needs.
  
  
• Convert prospective clients into long-term members.
  
  
• Drive membership growth, retention, and service utilization.
  
  
• Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals.
  
  
• Participate in marketing events, promotions, and community outreach.
  
  

Front Desk & Guest Experience

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment.
  
  
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
  
  
• Schedule appointments and manage client calendars.
  
  
• Confirm appointments and follow up on leads.
  
  
• Assist with membership enrollment, upgrades, renewals, and billing questions.
  
  
• Process transactions and maintain accurate client accounts.
  
  
• Respond to client inquiries regarding services and pricing.
  
  
• Support daily studio operations as needed.
  
  

Studio Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
  
  
• Assist with inventory management and retail displays.
  
  
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared and stocked.
  
  
• Support team members in creating an exceptional client experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) License.
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
  
  
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and treatment plans.
  
  
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
  
  
• Experience in a membership-based business.
  
  
• Experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, or hospitality industries.
  
  
• Experience with body contouring or body sculpting technologies.
  
  
• Front desk, reception, or customer service experience.
