- Support daily studio operations and maintain a clean, professional environment.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and special events.
- Ensure all client documentation, waivers, and profiles are accurately completed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with documented success meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong closing skills and confidence discussing memberships, packages, and recurring services.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Membership sales experience in wellness, fitness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, or related industries.
- Experience with CRM, POS, or client management software.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
