Lead the sales floor alongside your team—driving revenue through education, enthusiasm, and smart strategy.
- Set the tone for excellence in consultative selling, product knowledge, and converting first-time clients into loyal members.
- Hold your team to clear sales goals—and give them the tools, feedback, and support they need to exceed them.
- Track KPIs daily, coach with intent, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Follow up with leads, lapsed clients, and members to drive revenue and deepen relationships.
- Support the General Manager in developing and managing a high-output team that delivers results and lives our values.
- Own onboarding and training for all new non-medical staff—ensuring they’re equipped, confident, and aligned from day one.
- Deliver real-time feedback, praise, and course corrections—no passive leadership here.
- Set the standard for energy, attitude, and professionalism in the studio.
- Help create a work culture where people love coming to work, feel challenged, and are recognized for what they bring to the table.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, well-run studio—inside and out.
- Step in for the GM as needed—problem solving, running shifts, and keeping the wheels turning.
- Ensure operational systems, safety protocols, and service delivery all meet or exceed company standards.
- Keep an eye on labor, payroll, inventory, and supply costs—because profit matters too.
- Support the execution of marketing efforts, community partnerships, and special events that drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Be hands-on with clients—greeting, educating, and helping them get the most out of their Restore experience.
- Ensure that every team member delivers value through service, not just speed.
- Keep a pulse on client satisfaction, feedback, and retention trends.
- Own follow-ups, freezes, terminations, and auto-pay issues with care and professionalism.
- 1–3 years in a sales-forward leadership role (retail, wellness, fitness, hospitality or similar).
- Proven experience coaching a team to hit sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Confidence in tracking and using performance metrics to improve outcomes.
- A strong understanding of what great customer service actually looks like.
- Solid communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a love of fast-paced environments.
- Integrity, coachability, and a strong personal standard—your team will follow where you lead.
