Company Overview

Restore Hyper Wellness is a leading provider of innovative health and wellness services in the United States. Our mission is to make Hyper Wellness® widely accessible, affordable, and enjoyable by helping people feel their best and perform at a higher level.

Job Summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Part-Time Senior Hyper Wellness Representative with a strong background in retail sales, customer service, and leadership.

This position will work primarily weekends and is ideal for a confident salesperson who can take ownership of the front-of-house experience, drive revenue, and provide leadership when studio management may not be on-site.

This is not simply a front-desk position. The successful candidate will be expected to actively sell memberships, packages, services, and retail products while helping lead the weekend team and ensuring the studio operates at a high standard.

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience while identifying sales opportunities, converting prospects into members, retaining existing clients, and helping the team achieve daily and monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Actively sell memberships, service packages, upgrades, and retail products.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals.
  • Convert walk-ins, phone inquiries, online leads, and first-time guests into paying clients and members.
  • Conduct professional studio tours and confidently explain Restore services and membership options.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify client goals and recommend appropriate services and packages.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary services.
  • Follow up with prospects who did not purchase during their initial visit.
  • Contact inactive and former clients to encourage rebooking and membership reactivation.
  • Promote current studio offers and campaigns.
  • Ask satisfied clients for referrals and help generate new business.
  • Understand and track key sales metrics, including leads, conversions, memberships, average ticket, packages, and daily revenue.
Weekend Leadership

  • Serve as a senior front-of-house leader during weekend shifts.
  • Set the standard for professionalism, urgency, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Help direct workflow and maintain an organized, productive studio environment.
  • Coach and motivate Hyper Wellness Representatives to improve sales performance and client engagement.
  • Reinforce studio policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Help ensure team members remain productive during slower periods.
  • Identify operational or staffing issues and communicate them promptly to management.
  • Assist with resolving routine client concerns professionally and appropriately.
  • Take ownership of the client experience rather than waiting for management intervention.
  • Help create a culture of accountability, sales performance, teamwork, and exceptional service.
Client Experience & Retention

  • Greet every client promptly and professionally.
  • Build genuine relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Educate clients about Restore services and membership options within the appropriate scope of the position.
  • Review upcoming appointments and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Proactively address membership questions, failed payments, scheduling issues, and other client needs.
  • Follow up after services when appropriate.
  • Help reduce membership cancellations and improve client retention.
  • Ensure clients leave with a clear understanding of recommended next steps and available services.
Front-of-House Operations

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, with phone coverage treated as a priority.
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, client accounts, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Process payments and assist with membership and package transactions.
  • Monitor upcoming appointments and prepare the studio for scheduled clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and required documentation.
  • Ensure the front desk, retail displays, lobby, and common areas remain clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory and retail merchandising.
  • Support local promotions, events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure weekend operations remain efficient and professional.
Performance Expectations

Success in this position will be measured heavily on sales performance and leadership, including:

  • Membership sales
  • Package and service sales
  • Retail sales
  • Lead conversion
  • First-time client conversion
  • Average transaction value
  • Membership retention
  • Client rebooking
  • Follow-up activity
  • Customer service
  • Weekend team performance
  • Reliability and attendance
The ideal candidate understands that sales is an essential component of the position, not an occasional responsibility.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2–3 years of successful retail sales, membership sales, hospitality, fitness, luxury service, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or other customer-facing sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or team-lead experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident discussing pricing and asking clients for the sale.
  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls and contacting leads.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable learning point-of-sale, scheduling, CRM, and other software systems.
  • Weekend availability is required.
Preferred

  • Previous experience in health and wellness, fitness, medical aesthetics, massage, hospitality, or membership-based businesses.
  • Experience selling recurring memberships.
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Experience working in a commission, bonus, or performance-driven sales environment.
  • Previous key-holder, shift-lead, assistant manager, or retail leadership experience.
Schedule

This is a part-time position focused primarily on weekend coverage.

Candidates should have reliable availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with the possibility of occasional weekday, evening, holiday, or additional shifts based on studio needs and candidate availability.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is sales-driven first, with the maturity and experience to provide leadership during weekend operations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable approaching clients, starting conversations, recommending services, overcoming reasonable objections, asking for the sale, and following up when a client does not purchase immediately.

You should be able to walk into a busy studio, quickly assess what needs attention, help organize the team, engage clients, and identify opportunities to generate revenue.

This position is particularly well suited for an experienced retail salesperson, membership sales professional, fitness sales representative, luxury retail associate, hospitality professional, or former assistant manager seeking a strong part-time weekend opportunity.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is reliable, accountable, competitive, professional, and motivated by measurable results.
